Move your site with no downtime:
First, do not cancel your current hosting services immediately. We will need to get your pages uplaoded to our server, and make sure they are working properly. This is done using a temporary url to view your site, which will be sent in your welcome email. Second, do not update your nameservers to the ones we send in your welcome email until we have completed the analysis in step one, above. Third, while your old hosting account is still live, update the nameservers. This allows time for the internet to propagate (update) to the new nameservers, usually 24-72 hours, usually less. Then when adequate time has passed, you can cancel your old hosting account.

We can help...
During the order process you can check that you wish to have us move your website at no charge. Due to some hosts having proprietary systems, this can be complicated, and we can arrange to provide credit for the additional time. Hosts using the same cPanel software will be the quickest. While we cannot guarantee moving due to the proprietary differences in hosts, we will make every effort to do this for you. In the case of a very complicated transfer, we can allow use of one of our extra domains to work out the problems for pre-qualified purchases.
